3. Product Information

We strive to display products, colors, dimensions, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Since many products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, finish, weight, or dimensions may occur.
Natural marble may contain unique veins, patterns, and markings that are not considered defects.
Product images are for reference purposes and may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order arising from pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and duties will be displayed where required.

5. Custom Orders

Customized and made-to-order products require customer approval regarding design, size, finish, or specifications before production begins. Once production has started, modifications may not always be possible. Customized products may require additional production time. Deposits or advance payments made for custom work may be non-refundable.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by Moortikar. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Customers may request cancellation before production or dispatch begins. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only. Delays caused by weather, customs procedures, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Moortikar. Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.

8. International Orders

Import duties, customs charges, taxes, VAT, GST, and destination-country fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery and record an unboxing video. Any shipping damage, missing items, or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment along with supporting photographs or videos.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, designs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, videos, and branding elements are the property of Moortikar unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. User Conduct

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Upload harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Moortikar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website interruptions, shipping delays beyond our control, improper handling or installation of products after delivery, or misuse or unauthorized modification of products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
